No logon Screen (Even if your network config is 100% correct) It might not work for all but, adding IPX/SPX protocol (Even though we use TCP/IP) brought the logon screen up every time and removing it brought the windows logon screen up every time. Regards Steven.

The ASP.net account does not appear on the welcome screen and the Administrator account will disappear as soon as another account with administrator privileges is created. Instead of "welcome", a blank, blue colored log on screen appears - with no user names to click on. Pressing <alt-ctrl-del> twice brings up a 'password' box. Click OK and normal logon continues.
